After much swearing, re-screwing the supports in (it needed eight more screws than were provided to make it safe) and general faffing about. Our headboard is finally up!

That’s a really nice headboard. I think a decent headboard makes such a difference to a bedroom’s look. Nice choice.

I had to smile as on to things I got great joy. First thing was knowing that I am not the only one that a simple DIY task does not go right for. Also being British and out of the country for several years now, hearing the expression faffing made me smile, as I have not heard that said for such a long time.
I spend far too much time looking at blogs and as you’re asking if the new magazine layout is ok? Well, all I can say is seems fine to me. Too many blogs go on and on with pointless inane pieces featuring what the writer has had for dinner and whether the new brand of coffee is as good as the old one, and I must admit, I wish sometimes they would cut down on the self indulgence.
Here, it is quite ordinary and that is not an insult as ordinary and down to earth is great as far as I am concerned. For me a picture can speak a thousand words so if you’re asking me is this a good way to go with your blog? Then I have to answer, yes.
Keep it up and carry on with your human approach as for me I like it as it is, pictures say it all.
