Home & Style Bunting April 20, 2011 13 Comments Quickie post as I can’t get to the laptop for more than 5 minutes at a time! But I had to share my local town’s bunting with you. It’s all decked out for the Royal Wedding and looking very 1970’s! I like it when our town dresses up in its finery and makes a bit of an effort! (I’m not a fan of the royals btw, I just like the whole community thing!) Chris at Thinly Spread´s last Post ..The Gallery – My Blog Yeah same here, I don’t care about the wedding but it’s lovely there’s such a community show here and a big party 🙂 I adore bunting, wish the village had some up TheMadHouse´s last Post ..Tracks of my years Put some up inside instead 🙂 Xx Is it just me who’s sick of hearing about the royal wedding! I think I’ve tuned it out to be honest. But I am loving the bunting 🙂 That looks great – very traditional 🙂 How fun…love traditions. teresa´s last Post ..MauiSunsets- Ooh bunting. I am so lacksidaisical with this whole bunting thing. I just can’t seem to do it at all. I will admire the bunting from afar! oxoxoxo DC´s last Post ..Thameside Motors- A Royal Wedding We were in your local town at the weekend and saw the fabulous bunting! 🙂 Insomniac Mummy´s last Post ..Pamper yourself silly with a discounted spa break from Wahanda! Were you?? I was away all weekend LOL! Hope you had a good time and I’m glad you enjoyed our bunting 🙂 xx Very boring I know but I am absolutely giddy with excitement. I think the whole thing is unbelievably romantic and will be watching while my bunting blows gently in the breeze outside! That is a gorgeous picture, your town looks postcard perfect! I lovveeeee bunting and wish it was more acceptable to bunt to celebrate everything. Spring? Tulip bunting! Christmas? Red and green bunting! 🙂 After seeing so much bunting to celebrate the Royal Wedding, in London and back in the States (believe it or not!), I’m seriously hoping to create some red, white and blue bunting to hang on my porch for the American patriotric holidays. Would be so fun!! Thanks for stopping the old (crusty, stale) blog. I really am happy to be away for many reasons, not the least of which is the hotel internet connection! We apparently need to have our home rewired…ugh.
