I know I’m not the only one who gets a little too excited about the Christmas Decorations going up. I am on literally a countdown to Tuesday when Lily and I can put them all up 
So I was wondering if this year you’d like to share your Christmas decorations? I’m going to put up a Mr Linky from the 1st Dec – 24th Dec so we can all see how mad we’ve gone!

Oooooo not just me who is a big child when it comes to Christmas. I am so with you on the whole tree up on the 1st. My mum used to make us wait until two days before the misery.
Count me in, although I am pants at decorating a tree, however hard I try it still looks like I put the tree up then throw the box of decs over the top.
LOL! Our tree ends up looking like that too – which is the fun. We have a new homemade item each year so I have loads of semi knackered Christmas decorations now

I think this is a great idea – I’m in. But why wait until next Tuesday? We’ll be starting to put ours up on Sunday – that’s when Advent starts. It’s great not to do the whole thing in one go; start with the tree; add the tinsel and the mistletoe; expand the card-string as they all start to arrive. And while we’re on the subject of decorations, we never take them down on January 6th. Because that’s Christmas Day according to the Orthodox tradition. So we’ve got another twelve days left!

I want to put mines up NOW but my responsible husband reminded me of my little one year old terror who would be climbing it every moment he could. Happy to wait a few days now.
