One of my favourite Home Style authors is Atlanta Bartlett. You may not know her name, but I’m pretty sure you’ll know her work. She’s the home stylist who has really bought the idea of living with white decoration and children (!) to life.

She has a practical sense, everything can be washed, re-painted and is ultra child friendly. The look and feel of our house is based on that tenant. Nothing is too precious and everything can be actually used and lived with rather than admiring it from afar.
She has a couple of websites if you are looking for more inspiration, this is her own which will soon have its own online store
And this is Beach Studio who rent location homes to magazine, the homes on there are just beautiful.

I’m a big fan of white- I turned the guest room mostly white- easy to just bleach if it gets dirty.
