My GG Grandmother – Emma Lucy Stutely b1857
I’m a huge family history buff and somehow I’d missed that the British 1911 Census had been released.
It’s 2 years early which is what has thrown me. But this is an important one for my family history as my Grandparents are on it, which is going to make my 20th century records more complete.
Check it out here

What a great picture to have. I also like doing genealogy. On my hd side we have a pedigree chart that goes back to 1010 ad
thanks for sharing-
Wow – I’ve only got mine going back to the 1500′s in Scotland. Where are they from originally?
Hello! I wanted to let you know that I finally posted the tag that you sent me about 4 months ago. I am so sorry it took me so long to get to it. Can you tell I am new at blogging?!
I can’t wait to come back and visit again!

What a fantastic picture!
I’m very lucky in that one of my Great Grandmas is still alive and kicking at the age of 99! She’s due to turn 100 in October. I’m hoping her longevity is hereditary (ooh that rhymes!)!
Love your blog Violet – I’m doing some work with parent bloggers at the moment and would love to have a chat. Do drop me an email if you get chance =)

Yes, thanks for that info. I spent three hours searching it yesterday!
Found out there was a cook and parlour maid here — some things never change!
LOL! I know that feeling
I found my grandad had two sisters no one knew about, they died at 5 years old and the other at 6 months – so sad
so sweet!
