We need a new radio for the kitchen, well we don’t but I want one 
We have a very old CD player/Radio that I bought when I lived at home, so it’s 15 years old at least.
DAB Digital radio’s are all the rage here now that they are shutting down the analogue signal. I swear our signal get worse on a daily basis, it’s so crackly now you can barely hear it. I don’t want anything with an IPod docking station as my iPhone has to go into airplane mode and then I can’t get any calls. So I want a plane old radio that does the job….
……but this one keeps calling to me
Paul looked horrified, and pointed out that my Cath Kidston obsession was out of control. When I muttered something about him being ‘a man, who didn’t understand my need for pretties’, he pointed out the pricetag £200…eeek!….fair point I suppose…huh…
So I’ve found this but I don’t know if it’s any good, I need to find some reviews. But I like the idea of having a solar powered radio and it’s only £70, I should be able to get this past the ‘sensible police’ aka Paul
But it comes in cream, pink and red, which colour should I get??

That flowered one is lovely, but the price does seem a little out there. I also love the pink solid colored one, but knowing me I’d freak out at the thought of a non-neutral appliance and get the white…which is still pretty sleek, I think!
I love it. The floral one is quite pretty, but I also like the cream. Have fun!

I too love the floral one (sniff, sniff) =(. I like the pink but I think green is like a neutral and compliments florals. Have fun choosing!
I think I might go with the cream or maybe the red as it’ll match my new tins…it’s so hard to decide.

From what i remember of your rather tiny kitchen, the cream or the red would look lovely. and are those available in the states?

Hey Lovely! Do you guys have digital radio yet? We have a weird standard here so I’m not sure if it’s the same as yours? Have a google for ‘Roberts Radio’ and see if anything comes up?
